• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems.

3. Online Orders & Pickup

How ordering works

Our online ordering system allows you to select items from our menu, choose a pickup time, and submit your order. When you submit an order, it is sent to our team. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation with an order number.

Pickup only — no delivery

All orders placed through this website are for pickup at our location: 201 S Myrtle St, Warren, AR 71671. We do not deliver. We do not partner with third-party delivery apps for this site.

Pickup times

Pickup times shown are estimates. We require at least 30 minutes of notice for online orders. During peak hours or holidays, your order may take longer. If we're unable to fulfill your pickup time, we'll call you at the phone number you provided.

No online payment

You do not pay online. Payment is made in person at the register when you arrive. The total shown on the website is an estimate and does not include applicable Arkansas sales tax, which will be added at checkout.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in US Dollars (USD). We make every effort to display accurate prices, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error before you pick up your order, we'll contact you to confirm the corrected price before preparing your food.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices on the website may differ from in-store menu prices due to updates in progress.

We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile pay in person. We do not accept personal checks.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or modify your order, call us as soon as possible at +1 (870) 226-9913. We'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Once food has been prepared, we generally cannot cancel. If there's a problem with your order — wrong item, missing item, quality issue — let us know when you pick it up or call us within 24 hours, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Since no payment is taken online, refunds for online orders are handled in person at the register.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

Our kitchen prepares food in a shared space. While we take cross-contamination seriously, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of any allergen.

If you have a food allergy, please review our Allergens & Nutrition page and inform your server before ordering. For severe allergies, call ahead at +1 (870) 226-9913 to discuss safe options.

Nutritional information on this site is approximate and provided as a general guide. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, logos, recipes, images, and code — is owned by Molly's Diner or used with permission, and is protected by US copyright and trademark law.

"Molly's Diner" and our logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Recipe names and descriptions are our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced on other websites or in other commercial contexts without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on this site.
• Place orders in bad faith — including orders you don't intend to pick up.
• Submit spam or unsolicited advertising through our contact form.
• Impersonate another person or claim a false affiliation with Molly's Diner.

9. Disclaimers

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
