Line Cook / Prep Cook
Full-TimePrep ingredients, cook homestyle plates, and keep the kitchen running smooth. If you know your way around a flat top and a fryer, we want to talk.
- 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred
- Food handler certification (or willingness to get one)

- Pay: Hourly, based on experience
Dishwasher / Utility
Part-TimeKeep the kitchen clean, the dishes moving, and the team supported. The most underrated job in the restaurant — and the one we appreciate most.

Hiring FAQs
Do I need experience?
For dishwasher — no. For server and cook — experience helps, but we're willing to train the right person. Attitude and reliability matter more than a résumé.
What are the hours like?
We're open 5 AM to 2 PM daily. Most shifts start early — a typical server shift is 5 AM to 12 PM, or 8 AM to 2 PM. No late nights, no overnight shifts.
How much does it pay?
Pay depends on the role and experience. Servers earn an hourly rate plus tips. Cooks and dishwashers are on hourly wages. We'll discuss exact numbers during the interview.
How soon can I start?
Usually within a week or two — we move fast. After the interview and any necessary paperwork (food handler certification for cooks), you can start right away.
Do you hire minors?
Yes, with the appropriate work permit. Dishwasher and host roles start at 15, servers at 16, and cooks at 18. We follow all Arkansas child labor laws.
Can I apply in person?
Absolutely — just come in during a quiet hour (mid-morning on a weekday is best) and ask for the manager. Bring a photo ID and we can talk on the spot.
